Los Angeles International — arrivals and departures, one fixed price

LAX Airport Car Service

An LAX airport car service from iRide360 is one chauffeured black car booked in advance for one party, in a black executive sedan for up to 3 passengers and 3 bags or a luxury SUV for up to 5 and 5, at a flat rate fixed the moment you book. Tolls and taxes are included and gratuity is optional. A car service to LAX and a pickup from it are booked the same way: every arrival includes flight tracking and 60 minutes of complimentary wait after the plane lands, and a departure pickup includes 15 minutes. Your chauffeur meets you at the lower Arrivals level curb, or inside the terminal with a name sign — you choose at booking, and iRide360 does not use the LAX-it rideshare lot. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day on (833) 743-3360. iRide360 is a California CPUC charter-party carrier, TCP 43833-A.

Key facts

  • iRide360 runs an LAX airport car service to and from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) 24 hours a day, from an office at 222 N Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 2000, El Segundo, CA 90245.
  • An iRide360 pickup at LAX includes 60 minutes of complimentary wait after the plane lands, then $1 per minute.
  • An iRide360 pickup at a home, hotel or office for a departure to LAX includes 15 minutes of complimentary wait, not 60, because there is no landing to track.
  • iRide360 includes flight tracking on every LAX arrival at no extra cost, and a delayed landing moves the pickup without a change fee.
  • An iRide360 LAX rate is fixed at the moment of booking, does not surge, and includes tolls and taxes. Gratuity is optional and chosen at checkout.
  • iRide360 does not use the LAX-it rideshare lot. As a prearranged licensed operator it meets passengers at the terminal: curbside on the lower Arrivals level, or inside with a name sign.
  • iRide360 runs exactly two vehicle classes for LAX: a black executive sedan for up to 3 passengers and 3 bags, and a full-size luxury SUV for up to 5 passengers and 5 bags.
  • iRide360 is a California CPUC charter-party carrier, TCP 43833-A, licensed and insured, with 24-hour dispatch on (833) 743-3360.
  • Chauffeurs are screened and background-checked.
  • iRide360 LAX airport transportation is private and prearranged: one party per vehicle, booked ahead, never a shared shuttle and never a ride-hailing request made after you land.
  • An iRide360 LAX booking cancels free with a full refund 24 hours or more before pickup, and is non-refundable inside 24 hours. An airline-cancelled flight cancels free or rebooks even inside 24 hours, if dispatch is told before the scheduled pickup.
  • iRide360 takes all major credit cards, and Link, through Stripe; the full fare is charged at checkout, the card stays on file for trip changes, and refunds return to it in 5-10 business days.
  • iRide360 does not operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle — there is no ramp and no lift — but a guest's own wheelchair can be carried in the luggage space, and the luxury SUV is the class with the room for it.

This page explains how an iRide360 LAX rate is set. It quotes no fare, because the figure depends on where you are going and every destination has its own page with its own fares. For your own two addresses, the booking page returns the figure before you confirm anything, or dispatch will read it to you on (833) 743-3360.

This page is the rate index: every destination iRide360 runs to from Los Angeles International Airport, grouped by area, each one linking to the page that publishes its fare and its drive times. For what the service is, what it includes and how it compares with the alternatives, start on the LAX car service page. A car booked here is committed to you, and so is the figure, before you are anywhere near the airport.

iRide360 is a CPUC-licensed LAX black car service — TCP 43833-A — with an office in El Segundo, minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This page covers the LAX airport car service itself: how an arrival pickup works, how a departure is timed, what the rate includes, and which of the two cars fits your bags. What it does not cover is what a ride to any particular address costs or how long it takes, because every destination has its own page with its own fares.

How do you book a car service to LAX?

Booking takes five steps and the price is fixed before you confirm anything.

  1. 01

Choose the direction. An arrival from LAX and a departure to LAX are booked the same way; the difference is which end carries the flight number.

  2. 02

Count the bags before the seats. Three passengers and three bags fit an executive sedan; five and five fit a luxury SUV. At an airport it is almost always the luggage that decides.

  3. 03

Enter the exact street address at the other end — the street address, not a hotel's name and not a terminal number. The address you type is what the car is priced and routed to.

  4. 04

Add the flight number. That is what turns a booking into a tracked pickup, and it is why a delay costs nothing.

  5. 05

Confirm the flat rate, which already has tolls and taxes in it. Gratuity is added at checkout only if you choose it.

Dispatch will do the whole thing with you on (833) 743-3360, at any hour.

What does a car service to LAX cost, and what sets the price?

An iRide360 LAX rate is one flat figure fixed at the moment of booking. It does not surge at 6pm, on a holiday, or because a lot of flights landed at once — and the honest answer to “how much is a car service from LAX” is that it depends on where you are going, and that it is settled before you travel rather than after.

iRide360 publishes a starting fare for every one of the 249 destinations it drives to from LAX. They run from $95 for an executive sedan and $125 for a luxury SUV on the shortest run, El Segundo, to $505 and $575 on the longest, La Quinta. Tolls and taxes are inside every one of those figures and the gratuity is left to you. The full table is further down this page, one row per destination, and each row links the page that carries that route’s drive times and terminal detail.

What is in the rate

Tolls, taxes, flight tracking and the complimentary wait are all inside the figure, along with complimentary Fiji bottled water, free onboard Wi-Fi and phone chargers.

What costs extra, named up front

  • A child seat, from $25 each — booster, forward-facing or rear-facing, on request at booking.
  • A pet, at a $25 fee. A service animal is never charged.
  • Extra stops, priced for the added distance and time.
  • Wait beyond the complimentary hour on an arrival, at $1 per minute.
  • Gratuity, which is optional and chosen at checkout — and goes to the chauffeur.

What moves the price, and what does not

It moves with: the exact address at the other end, which of the two classes you book, extra stops, wait beyond the free hour, a child seat and a pet.

It does not move with: the traffic you hit, the time of day, a flight delay, a public holiday, or how many people are booking cars at the same moment. There is no surge pricing.

A flat rate car service to LAX is only flat if the things outside it are named, which is why they are listed above rather than discovered at the end.

Which car do you get, and how many people fit?

iRide360 runs two vehicle classes for LAX and nothing else.

There is no third class. iRide360 does not operate vans, buses or stretched vehicles. A party larger than five travels in more than one car on a single reservation, with dispatch sequencing the cars so everyone reaches the terminal, or leaves it, together.

How does an LAX arrival pickup work?

Your chauffeur meets you at your arrival terminal, not at the LAX-it lot.

iRide360 chauffeur loading luggage into a black sedan at the lower Arrivals level curb at LAX

LAX-it, and why you are not going there

LAX-it is the lot Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) routes app-based rideshare to; a prearranged licensed operator is not sent there and meets passengers at the terminal. An LAX airport car service booked with iRide360 is prearranged, so there is no shuttle ride before the car ride.

Curbside, or inside with a name sign

You choose at booking.

  • Curbside pickup is on the lower Arrivals level, outside your terminal.
  • Meet-and-greet puts the chauffeur inside the terminal with a name sign, and the bags go on the cart rather than on your shoulder. It is the option that exists for the arrival where you would rather be found than go looking — a long-haul landing, a late night, a lot of luggage, someone traveling who would struggle on their own. You pick it at booking and it is not a separate product.
  • At Tom Bradley International Terminal, arrivals are met in the arrivals hall after customs, or at the lower-level curb.

For the terminal layout itself — where each airline lands and what the walk looks like — see our LAX arrival guide and our comparison of all five LA airports rather than guessing from this page.

Who is driving, and how do they meet you at LAX?

Your chauffeur is licensed and insured under California CPUC charter-party carrier TCP 43833-A, loads the luggage, and either stands at the lower-level curb or waits inside with your name on a sign. Chauffeurs are screened and background-checked.

How does a departure to LAX work?

A departure pickup carries 15 minutes of complimentary wait, not 60, because there is no landing to track. That one asymmetry is the thing travelers most often get wrong about the outbound half, so it is worth planning around.

  • The chauffeur arrives at the time you booked, at the exact address you gave.
  • Set the pickup from your flight time rather than from a drive-time guess, and let dispatch work backwards with you on (833) 743-3360 — they do this all day, and they will not be guessing at the traffic on your particular morning.
  • Luggage goes in the car, not on your shoulder.
  • A pickup time can be moved online or by phone, and the price adjusts only if the trip itself changes.

How long will the chauffeur wait at LAX?

An iRide360 pickup at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) includes 60 minutes of complimentary wait after the plane lands, then $1 per minute. The clock starts at the landing, not at the time on the booking, so a flight that arrives two hours late does not eat the free hour — the pickup moves with the tracked flight instead, at no change fee. An iRide360 pickup anywhere other than an airport includes 15 minutes.

Can you change or cancel an LAX booking?

Yes, and the terms are published rather than discovered at the counter. The pickup time, the address and the vehicle can all be changed online up to 6 hours before pickup; after that dispatch does it on (833) 743-3360.

  • 24 hours or more before pickup — cancellation is free and the full amount returns to the card you paid with.
  • Inside 24 hours — the booking is non-refundable, and the full amount paid, including any gratuity, is charged.
  • A no-show after the complimentary wait — 60 minutes after a landing, 15 minutes everywhere else — is non-refundable.
  • If the airline cancels your flight — the booking cancels free or moves to the new flight even inside 24 hours, as long as dispatch hears before the scheduled pickup.

Payment is by card at checkout for the full fare, which is what fixes the rate. All major credit cards are accepted, and so is Link, processed through Stripe; the card is kept on file so a change to the trip can be settled without re-entering it. Refunds reach the card in 5 to 10 business days. The reservation rules in full are in the Terms & Conditions, and every charge that can be added to a ride is set out in the Rate Policy.

Child seats, and what accessibility means here

Child seats are a booking option rather than a phone call on the day. Booster, forward-facing and rear-facing seats are available from $25 each, requested when you book and fitted before the car reaches you. Say how many and which type at the time, because a chauffeur fitting a seat at the LAX curb is the one version of this nobody wants.

Accessibility is a place where an honest answer is worth more than a hopeful one. iRide360 does not operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. There is no ramp and no lift, and no car in the fleet that a passenger can travel in while seated in their own chair — the executive sedan and the luxury SUV on this page are the whole fleet. What the service can do is carry the chair: a guest’s own wheelchair travels in the luggage space, and the luxury SUV is the class with the room for it. Count it as luggage when you choose the vehicle, because it takes the space a suitcase would. If that is not enough for the trip you are planning, call dispatch on (833) 743-3360 before you book rather than after.

LAX airport transportation: private car, ride-hailing, shuttle or transit

LAX airport transportation comes in four shapes, and they differ in when the car is committed and when the price is set. No one else’s prices appear here or anywhere else on this page.

With a private car, the car and the price are both settled before you travel. The other three settle one or both at the moment you need them. That is the whole difference, and it is why some travelers pay for it and others do not. Los Angeles International Airport ground transportation splits into one private car, one shared vehicle, one app and one timetable, and the choice is mostly about bags, timing and how many stops you can tolerate.

For the long versions: Uber, taxi or private transfer from LAX and the cheapest way from LAX each have their own page.

Where does your car service from LAX go?

An iRide360 LAX airport car service runs to every destination below. Each row is that route’s starting fare — a flat rate fixed when you book, tolls and taxes included, gratuity optional — and each links the page that carries that route’s drive times, terminal detail and the rest of its answers. A fare rises with distance and with the vehicle, so the figure for Beverly Hills is no guide to the one for Irvine; that is why every destination publishes its own rather than sharing an average.

Flying from a different Los Angeles airport?

iRide360 serves all five Los Angeles commercial airports on identical terms — the same wait policy, the same flight tracking, the same two classes, the same rate with tolls and taxes inside it. A Los Angeles airport car service booked here works the same way whichever of the five you fly from. Each has its own page, with its own fares.

  • Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) — The Los Angeles airport closest to the San Fernando Valley, Burbank and the north side of the city.
  • Long Beach Airport (LGB) — The Los Angeles airport closest to the South Bay and the Long Beach waterfront.
  • John Wayne Airport (SNA) — The Los Angeles-area airport that serves Orange County, including Newport Beach and Irvine.
  • Ontario International Airport (ONT) — The airport that serves the Inland Empire and the areas east of downtown Los Angeles.
  • Van Nuys Airport (VNY) — Private aviation only. iRide360 meets private aircraft there.

If you have not chosen an airport yet, our comparison of all five covers flights, ground transport and which one fits which destination. For the transfer booking itself at any of the five, see airport transfers in Los Angeles.

LAX limo service and black car service, said honestly

iRide360 provides the private, chauffeured airport limousine experience in black executive sedans and luxury SUVs. If “LAX limo service” means a chauffeur, a clean black car, a fixed price and someone who handles the bags, then yes. If it means a stretched vehicle, no — iRide360 does not operate one. A black car service at LAX is the accurate name for it: an executive sedan or SUV, one party per car, booked ahead.

Why travelers book iRide360 for an LAX airport car service

Stated as facts you can check:

  • A California CPUC charter-party carrier license, TCP 43833-A, licensed and insured.
  • An office at 222 N Pacific Coast Hwy, Suite 2000, El Segundo, CA 90245 — minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is the real answer to "car service near LAX" for anyone flying through it.
  • Flight tracking on every arrival, with no delay charge.
  • 60 minutes of complimentary wait after the plane lands; 15 minutes on a departure pickup.
  • A flat rate fixed at booking, with tolls and taxes included and no surge.
  • Gratuity optional at checkout, going to the chauffeur.
  • Chauffeurs are screened and background-checked.
  • Dispatch on (833) 743-3360, 24 hours a day.
  • Rated 5.0★ on Google.

LAX car service FAQ

How much is a car service to LAX?
An iRide360 car service to LAX is one fixed price, set when you book. It depends on the exact address at the other end and which of the two vehicle classes you choose. Tolls and taxes are already in the figure; gratuity is not, and it is optional at checkout. Traffic, time of day and a flight delay do not change it, because there is no surge pricing. Each destination has its own page with its own fares.
Does iRide360 pick up at the LAX terminal, or at LAX-it?
At the terminal. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) sends app-based rideshare to the LAX-it lot, but a prearranged licensed operator is not routed there. Your chauffeur meets you at the lower Arrivals level curb, or inside the terminal with a name sign, whichever you chose at booking.
Where exactly does the chauffeur meet me at LAX?
On the lower Arrivals level curb, or inside the terminal with a name sign — you pick at booking. Meet-and-greet means the chauffeur is holding a sign with your name on it and helps with the bags. Tom Bradley International arrivals are met in the arrivals hall after customs, or at the lower-level curb.
What happens if my flight to LAX is delayed?
Nothing, to the price. Flight tracking is included on every iRide360 arrival, so the pickup moves with the aircraft, early or late, at no change fee, and the flat rate stays as booked. The 60 minutes of complimentary wait are counted from the landing, not from the time you originally booked.
How long will the chauffeur wait at LAX?
60 minutes after the plane lands, then $1 per minute. An iRide360 pickup anywhere other than an airport includes 15 minutes. The arrival clock starts at the landing, so clearing a slow customs line does not start it early.
How early should the car collect me for a flight out of LAX?
Work backwards from the flight time with dispatch on (833) 743-3360, rather than from a drive-time estimate. A departure pickup carries 15 minutes of complimentary wait rather than 60, because there is no landing to track. The time can be moved online or by phone afterwards and the price only changes if the trip does.
Which car should I book for LAX?
Count bags before seats: an iRide360 executive sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 3 bags, and a luxury SUV takes up to 5 and 5. Four travelers with four suitcases need the SUV. Those are the only two classes iRide360 operates.
Do you have vans or larger vehicles for a group going to LAX?
No — iRide360 operates exactly two vehicle classes, a black executive sedan and a full-size luxury SUV. There are no vans, no buses and no stretched vehicles. A party of eight travels in two luxury SUVs on one reservation, with dispatch sequencing them.
Is this an LAX limo service?
iRide360 provides the private, chauffeured airport limousine experience in black executive sedans and luxury SUVs. If that is what LAX limo service means to you, yes. If it means a stretched vehicle, no — iRide360 does not run one.
Can you fit a child seat for an LAX run?
Yes — iRide360 fits booster, forward-facing and rear-facing child seats from $25 each, on request at booking, and they are fitted before the chauffeur arrives. Say how many and which type when you book.
Can I bring a pet to LAX?
Yes — iRide360 carries pets for a $25 pet fee, arranged at booking. A service animal is never charged. The other named extras are a $25 meet-and-greet, child seats from $25 each, extra stops priced for the added distance and time, and wait beyond the complimentary window at $1 per minute.
Can I add a stop on the way to LAX?
Yes — an iRide360 booking can take extra stops, priced for the added distance and time, added at booking or with dispatch afterwards. The flat rate adjusts and you see the new figure before you confirm.
Can I book a round trip through LAX?
Yes — an iRide360 round trip through LAX is booked as two trips, each with its own flat rate, and only the arrival half carries the 60-minute complimentary wait. Dispatch can hold both on one call, and the return can be changed later without rebooking the outbound.
Is iRide360's LAX car service available 24 hours?
Yes — iRide360 dispatch answers 24 hours a day on (833) 743-3360, including holidays, and the rate for a 3am landing is the same as for a 3pm one, because there is no surge pricing.
Is a car service to LAX cheaper than a taxi or a ride-hailing app?
Neither of those can be quoted in advance, and an iRide360 rate can. A taxi runs on a meter; an app sets the price at the moment you request the car. iRide360 does the opposite — the figure is fixed before you fly and does not surge. iRide360 does not publish anyone else's fares, so this page compares how the price is set, not what it is.
What makes the best car service to LAX?
Check four things you can verify before you book: the carrier license number, how long the chauffeur waits after a landing, whether tolls and taxes are inside the quoted rate, and whether the price can change after you book. iRide360 publishes all four — TCP 43833-A, 60 minutes, included, and no surge — so you can hold anyone else's answers next to them.
What are the LAX airport transportation options?
Four, and they differ in when the car is committed. A private car service like iRide360 is reserved in advance at a rate fixed when you book. A shared shuttle is also reserved ahead but priced per seat and stops for other passengers. Ride-hailing is requested after you land and priced at that moment, from the LAX-it lot. Public transit runs to a published fare on a fixed schedule. Only the first two are committed to you before you fly, and only the first carries one party per vehicle.
How long does it take to get out of LAX with a car service?
You skip the shuttle leg, which is the part that varies. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) sends app-based rideshare to the LAX-it lot, so a shuttle ride and a queue come before the car. A prearranged licensed operator is not routed there, so an iRide360 chauffeur is waiting at your arrival terminal — on the lower Arrivals level curb, or inside with a name sign.
What is the cheapest way to get to LAX?
Public transit, if you are traveling alone with one bag — LAX publishes those fares and iRide360 does not claim to undercut them. The comparison changes with the size of your party, because a private car is priced per vehicle rather than per seat. Four people with four suitcases split one fixed iRide360 fare instead of buying four seats.
Does LAX have an Uber lot?
Yes — it is called LAX-it, and Los Angeles International Airport routes all app-based rideshare to it. You reach the lot by shuttle or on foot from the terminals, then join the queue there. An iRide360 booking does not go through LAX-it, because a prearranged licensed operator meets passengers at the terminal itself.
Is there a free shuttle at LAX?
Yes, inside the airport. LAX runs shuttles between the terminals and out to the LAX-it lot at no charge, and some hotels run their own to their door. None of them takes you to a private address, and none holds a seat for your party. An iRide360 booking is one vehicle reserved to the address you give.
Is it cheaper to leave my car at LAX?
It depends how long you are away, because the two are priced differently. Airport parking is charged for every day the car sits there, so the cost keeps rising while you travel. An iRide360 round trip is two fixed fares, set when you book, whether you are gone three days or three weeks. Check the airport's current rates for your dates — iRide360 does not publish them.
Do you serve the other Los Angeles airports?
Yes — Hollywood Burbank (BUR), Long Beach (LGB), John Wayne (SNA) and Ontario (ONT), on identical terms, plus Van Nuys (VNY) for private aviation. Each of those airports has its own page with its own fares.
Can I cancel or change my LAX car service booking?
Yes. The pickup time, the address and the vehicle can be changed online up to 6 hours before pickup, and by dispatch after that. Cancelling 24 hours or more before pickup is free and the full amount returns to the card you paid with. Inside 24 hours the booking is non-refundable, and a no-show after the complimentary wait — 60 minutes after a landing, 15 minutes everywhere else — is non-refundable too. The exception is the airline: if your flight is cancelled, the booking cancels free or moves to the new flight even inside 24 hours, as long as dispatch hears before the scheduled pickup. Refunds reach the card in 5 to 10 business days.
How do I pay for a car service to LAX?
By card at checkout. iRide360 takes all major credit cards, and Link, processed through Stripe. The full fare is charged when you book, which is what fixes the rate, and the card is kept on file so a change to the trip can be settled without re-entering it. Gratuity is chosen at checkout and is never added automatically. There is no deposit and no payment to the chauffeur in the car.
Does iRide360 have a wheelchair accessible vehicle for LAX?
No. iRide360 does not operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle — there is no ramp, no lift, and no car in the fleet to travel in while seated in your own chair. The black executive sedan and the full-size luxury SUV are the only two classes. What iRide360 can do is carry the chair: a guest's own wheelchair travels in the luggage space, and the luxury SUV is the class with the room for it, so count it as a bag when you pick the vehicle. For anything beyond that, call dispatch on (833) 743-3360 before booking rather than after.
Can I get a car service from LAX to my hotel?
Yes — a hotel is the most common drop-off iRide360 runs from LAX. Book it with the hotel’s street address rather than its name, because the address is what the car is priced and routed to. The chauffeur meets you curbside on the lower Arrivals level or inside with a name sign, and the rate is fixed before you fly.
How much is a car service from LAX to my hotel?
The figure lives on the page for that destination, not here, because it depends on which hotel. What is the same wherever you are going: the rate is fixed at booking, tolls and taxes are in it, gratuity is optional, and the first 60 minutes after you land are free.
Why can't I get an Uber with a car seat at LAX?
Child-seat options in the apps are limited at LAX, and the pickup is at the LAX-it lot either way, so the seat is yours to carry there. iRide360 fits booster, forward-facing and rear-facing seats from $25 each, requested at booking and fitted before the chauffeur reaches the terminal. Say how many and which type when you book.
What is the easiest way to pick someone up from LAX?
Book the car for them instead of driving in. Arrivals traffic and a delayed flight otherwise land on you. An iRide360 booking tracks the flight, carries 60 minutes of complimentary wait counted from the landing, and a $25 meet-and-greet puts the chauffeur inside the terminal holding a sign with their name. Dispatch takes it on (833) 743-3360.
Is iRide360 licensed and insured?
Yes — iRide360 is a California CPUC charter-party carrier, TCP 43833-A, licensed and insured, and the chauffeurs are screened and background-checked. Ask any LAX operator for their TCP number before you book; a licensed carrier will give it to you. The office is in El Segundo, and dispatch answers 24 hours on (833) 743-3360.
Are private cars allowed to pick up at the LAX curb?
Yes, when the operator is prearranged and licensed. The restriction people have heard about applies to app-based rideshare, which Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) routes to the LAX-it lot. A charter-party carrier booked in advance is not sent there. iRide360 holds California CPUC permit TCP 43833-A and collects you at your arrival terminal — curbside on the lower Arrivals level, or inside with a name sign.
Do you offer a meet-and-greet at LAX?
Yes, as a $25 option chosen at booking rather than something included. The chauffeur comes inside the terminal, holds a sign with your name and takes the bags from there. Curbside pickup on the lower Arrivals level is not charged. At Tom Bradley International Terminal, arrivals are met in the arrivals hall after customs, or at the lower-level curb.
