Your LAX to Rose Bowl car service cost is set when you book with iRide360, and you see it before you pay. How to book a ride from LAX to the Rose Bowl

Booking runs to five steps, and the price shows on the first one.

  1. 1

Go to iride360.com/book, enter LAX and Rose Bowl Stadium, 1001 Rose Bowl Drive, and read the sedan and SUV fares side by side.

  2. 2

Add your airline and flight number so dispatch can watch the flight, then choose curbside or a name sign inside.

  3. 3

Name the event you are going to, so we can check the drop-off point the stadium has set for it.

  4. 4

Add child seats, a second stop or anything else you need, then pick your gratuity at checkout.

  5. 5

Land, collect your bags and find your chauffeur, who has followed the flight and holds the first 60 minutes free.

Terminal by terminal

LAX meet and greet for Pasadena and the Rose Bowl

Say at booking how you want to be met. Curbside pickup brings your chauffeur to the lower-level Arrivals curb outside the terminal you land in. LAX meet and greet for Pasadena arrivals puts the chauffeur inside the building instead, name sign in hand, which is the easier option after a long flight with event bags. Clearing customs at the Tom Bradley International Terminal? Your chauffeur is in the arrivals hall on the other side, or down at the lower-level curb. Nobody walks to the LAX-it lot: iRide360 is a prearranged, licensed carrier, so the car comes to your terminal. If you cannot find each other, call dispatch at (833) 743-3360.

Terminals 1–8

Typical, per Google Maps

How long is the drive from LAX to the Rose Bowl?

The LAX to Rose Bowl drive time swings widely with the hour. Most of the route runs on CA-110, the Arroyo Seco Parkway, and back on CA-110 and I-110 South. Times below are typical, per Google traffic estimates (Routes API), for 1001 Rose Bowl Drive and for Brookside Golf Club at 1133 Rosemont Avenue. Of the hours we checked, 10 PM on a Tuesday was the quickest run into the Arroyo and 5 PM on a Tuesday was the slowest.

When should you leave LAX for an event at the Rose Bowl? The Rose Bowl hosts four very different crowds, and each one moves differently. The Rose Bowl Game fills the Arroyo on New Year's Day. UCLA plays its home football games here through the fall, usually on Saturdays, often with a kickoff time confirmed late. Stadium concerts sometimes run on consecutive nights. The Rose Bowl Flea Market takes over the parking lots on the second Sunday of most months, starting early in the morning. Rose Bowl Game transportation and Rose Bowl concert transportation need more cushion than a quiet weekday ride, and all Rose Bowl transportation from LAX should be booked against the slow end of the hour.

The last column turns each measured hour into an arrival to plan for: it is that reading's slow end added to the pickup time, so pick the row nearest your own pickup. These figures cover the drive only. Add your own allowance for the walk in from the drop-off point and the clear-bag check. That allowance is yours to set; the stadium does not publish one.

Give the LAX to Rose Bowl ride more room on a major event day. The stadium closes nearby streets to through traffic and meters access at toll plazas in the Arroyo.

None of these readings was taken on an event day. The stadium says streets near it close to through traffic on major event days, and that even a resident's pass does not get a car through the parking toll plazas down in the Arroyo. Add your own time on top of every figure above when a game, a concert or the flea market is on.

Every range on this page is typical, per Google traffic estimates (Routes API), read on October 10, 2026 across Tuesday, Friday and Saturday departures between LAX and Rose Bowl Stadium and between LAX and Brookside Golf Club. The suggested pickups below already carry a stated 20-minute safety buffer.

Live map of the current driving route and traffic between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Rose Bowl Stadium, Pasadena, California. Drive time is a planning guide, not a guarantee.

Departures

When should I leave the Rose Bowl for my LAX flight?

These pickup times plan for reaching LAX two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international one. Each one subtracts the slow end of the nearest Tuesday Rose Bowl to LAX reading, a stated 20-minute safety buffer and 10 minutes of margin. Our Pasadena to LAX car service uses the same times from a hotel or a home elsewhere in the city. For a 1:00 PM domestic flight, a pickup in the Arroyo at about 9:25 AM leaves the margin these times are built on.

  • Leaving is slower than arriving. The Arroyo empties through the same few controlled exits, and there are no in-and-out privileges, so plan a late dinner rather than a tight connection.
  • At LAX we pull up at your airline's Departures curb.
  • Bags go in at the door in the Arroyo and come out again at the terminal.
  • A pickup at the stadium, or anywhere else in Pasadena, carries 15 minutes of free waiting.
  • Check-in cut-offs set by your airline beat this table every time.

Rose Bowl coverage

Where is the Rose Bowl Stadium drop off point?

The Rose Bowl Stadium drop off point is not fixed. The stadium's own site publishes one drop-off and pick-up location, Lot B, for ADA and Access Vehicles, and says that rideshare locations vary depending on the event, with details on each event's own page. Shuttle operation varies the same way, and the stadium runs a shuttle between Lot B and the Parsons Engineering Complex in Old Town Pasadena. So we ask which event you are attending and confirm your drop-off against that event's page before the day, rather than guessing at the barricade line. All gates are ADA accessible, a clear bag policy applies to every event, and there are no in-and-out privileges once you are inside; your ticket and your event's own page are the places to check which gate to use. Beyond the stadium itself, the iRide360 Pasadena car service covers the whole Arroyo Seco. Travelers booking a ride from LAX airport to Pasadena most often ask for one of these.

Rose Bowl Stadium

1001 Rose Bowl Drive, Pasadena, CA 91103. Opened in October 1922, it is a National Historic Landmark and a California Historic Civil Engineering landmark. Its main phone number is (626) 577-3100.

Lot B

The stadium publishes Lot B as the ADA and Access Vehicle drop-off and pick-up point for the stadium and the Arroyo Seco, and as the depot for its event shuttle. Accessible parking stalls are in Lots B, D and F.

Gates A, B and C

Gate A is at the south end of the stadium, with courtesy telephones. The Administrative Office is across from Gate B, and the Public Safety Building with the first aid station is between Gates A and B. The Checked Items Tent is at Gate C.

Brookside Golf Club

1133 Rosemont Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91103. The City of Pasadena's two-course layout, right alongside the stadium. Our sedan quote here was $175.63.

Rose Bowl Aquatics Center

360 N Arroyo Boulevard, Pasadena, CA 91103, a short way south of the stadium in the same Arroyo. Our sedan quote was $174.26.

Kidspace Children's Museum

480 N Arroyo Boulevard, Pasadena, CA 91103. Its own site places the campus near the historic Rose Bowl. Our sedan quote was $174.77.

Parsons Engineering Complex, Old Town Pasadena

The stadium's event shuttle runs between here and Lot B, and the stadium points rideshare users to Old Town as well.

Residential Pasadena

The stadium stands in ZIP code 91103. For a home or hotel elsewhere in the city, our car service from LAX to Pasadena page covers ZIP codes 91101 and 91103 through 91107.

Good to know about the Arroyo run

  • The Rose Bowl Flea Market runs on the second Sunday of most months and starts early; the stadium's calendar lists a 5:00 AM start. Rose Bowl flea market transportation means an early pickup and a quiet drive in.
  • The Rose Parade is a separate event in a separate place. It runs on New Year's Day morning, 5½ miles from Green Street and Orange Grove Boulevard, north up Orange Grove, east along Colorado Boulevard and north on Sierra Madre Boulevard to Villa Street — none of it at the stadium.
  • The stadium's own driving directions all end with "proceed to parking lots as directed", because arriving traffic in the Arroyo is directed rather than self-routed.
  • Memorial Park, the nearest Metro A Line station, is about 2.4 miles from the stadium on foot, so it is not a short walk with bags.

Compare your options

How does a LAX to Rose Bowl car service compare with Uber, taxis and the stadium shuttle?

There are four practical answers to how to get from LAX to Rose Bowl Stadium, and they split on three points: where the ride finds you at LAX, who sets the price, and where you are put down at the stadium.

The two that matter most are your LAX pickup point and whether the price is fixed before you travel.

Frequently asked questions

LAX to Rose Bowl car service FAQ

The questions travelers ask before booking a LAX to Rose Bowl transfer, grouped in the order they usually come up.

Prices

How much is a car service from LAX to the Rose Bowl?

An iRide360 LAX to Rose Bowl car service starts at $175 for an executive sedan and $205 for a luxury SUV. Our own quote to the stadium's address, 1001 Rose Bowl Drive, was $174.81 by sedan and $205.00 by SUV. Tolls and taxes are already in that fare, there is no surge pricing, and the gratuity is yours to choose.

Does the fare change on a game day or a concert night?

No, a car service to Rose Bowl events costs the same whatever is on at the stadium. We quoted the identical fare for an 11 AM Tuesday pickup and a 5 PM Friday pickup, to the cent. Your price moves only if you change the trip: a different address, a bigger vehicle, an extra stop, a child seat, or waiting past the free allowance.

How much is car service to LAX from the Rose Bowl?

The ride back is priced at booking from your pickup address and your vehicle, and the booking page shows that exact figure before you pay. We quoted only the LAX-to-stadium direction for this page, where the sedan starts at $175 and the SUV at $205, so we will not put a number on the return here. Tolls and taxes are included either way.

At the stadium

Where does my chauffeur drop me at the Rose Bowl?

The Rose Bowl Stadium drop off point depends on the event. The stadium publishes Lot B as its ADA and Access Vehicle drop-off and pick-up location, and says rideshare locations vary by event, with details on each event's own page. Tell us your event when you book and we confirm your drop-off against that page before the day.

Getting there

How do I get from LAX to the Rose Bowl?

You can get from LAX to the Rose Bowl by private car, rideshare, taxi or public transit with a transfer. A pre-booked LAX to Rose Bowl car service meets you at your terminal and drives the 28.1 miles straight into the Arroyo Seco, mainly on CA-110. There are no transfers and no shared stops along the way.

Do you cover the rest of Pasadena too?

Yes, a ride from LAX airport to Pasadena works exactly like a ride to the stadium, to any address in the city. The Rose Bowl sits in ZIP code 91103, and Pasadena also uses 91101 and 91104 through 91107. Give us the street address at booking and the fare is set for that address.

Timing

How far is the Rose Bowl from LAX and how long is the drive?

The drive from LAX to Rose Bowl Stadium is 28.1 miles and took 35–55 minutes at 10 PM on a Tuesday, 40 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes at 11 AM, and 1 hour 5 minutes to 2 hours at 5 PM that day, per Google traffic estimates. Saturday at 2 PM ran 45 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes.

How early should I leave LAX for an event at the Rose Bowl?

Work back from the slowest reading for your pickup hour, then add your own time at the stadium. A 5 PM weekday pickup at LAX can take until about 7 PM to reach the Arroyo; a 2 PM Saturday pickup, until about 3:20 PM. On top of the drive, allow for the walk in from your drop-off point and the clear-bag check.

Does Rose Bowl transportation take longer on a big event day?

Yes. None of our readings was taken on an event day, and the stadium says streets near it close to through traffic on major event days. Even a resident's pass does not get a car through the parking toll plazas down in the Arroyo. Add your own cushion to every drive time on this page when a game or concert is on.

How bad is it getting out after an event?

Leaving the Arroyo is slower than arriving. The whole crowd funnels out through the same few controlled exits, and the stadium allows no in-and-out privileges, so you cannot step out early and return. Book the LAX to Rose Bowl return with room to spare rather than against a tight connection, and call dispatch at (833) 743-3360 if your event overruns.

Can you collect me at the stadium after the event?

Yes, iRide360 picks up at the Rose Bowl and drives you on to a hotel, a restaurant or LAX. A Rose Bowl to LAX car service pickup includes 15 minutes of free wait, like any pickup away from the airport. Because the stadium sets pick-up points per event, confirm yours with dispatch when you book the return.

At LAX

Where does my chauffeur meet me at LAX?

Your chauffeur meets you at the terminal you land in, at the lower-level Arrivals curb, or inside with a name sign if you add meet-and-greet at booking. Flying into the Tom Bradley International Terminal? Look for your chauffeur in the arrivals hall past customs, or at the lower-level curb. Lost each other? Dispatch answers at (833) 743-3360.

What happens if my flight into LAX is late?

Nothing changes for you. Dispatch follows the flight and moves your pickup with it at no extra charge, so a late arrival does not cost you the car. Once you are on the ground, the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, and waiting beyond that runs $1 a minute. You do not need to report the delay yourself.

Alternatives

Is a limo cheaper than Uber from LAX to the Rose Bowl?

Only the Uber app can price a LAX to Rose Bowl Uber ride, because rideshare fares move with demand, so no fixed comparison exists. An iRide360 fare is set at booking and starts at $175 by sedan, whatever the day. Rideshare passengers also collect their car at the LAX-it lot, while your chauffeur meets you at your own terminal.

What about a taxi from LAX to the Rose Bowl?

A taxi to the Rose Bowl is metered, so the total depends on the trip and the traffic that day; check LAX's official website for current taxi information. An iRide360 fare is agreed before you travel, so a slow crawl up CA-110 costs you nothing extra. Your chauffeur also meets you at your terminal rather than in a taxi line.

Where is the Rose Bowl shuttle?

The Rose Bowl shuttle runs between the Parsons Engineering Complex in Old Town Pasadena and Lot B at the stadium. The stadium says shuttle operation varies depending on the event and that the service is not available for all events, so check your event's own page. It does not run from LAX, and iRide360 is not that shuttle.

Does LAX have a shuttle to the Rose Bowl?

No, there is no LAX to Rose Bowl shuttle run by the airport or the stadium. Shared shuttle operators serve parts of the Los Angeles area and each sets its own fares, stops and schedule, so a LAX to Pasadena shuttle may stop for other riders along the way. An iRide360 car carries your party alone, with no stops for strangers.

Service

Is iRide360 a limo service to the Rose Bowl, or a black car service?

iRide360 is a black car service, running black executive sedans and full-size luxury SUVs rather than stretch limousines. Searches for a limo service to Rose Bowl events land here because the experience matches: a professional chauffeur, your party alone, bags handled, and a fare agreed before you travel. A Rose Bowl limo service of that kind seats up to 3 in the sedan and 5 in the SUV. Our CPUC license is TCP 43833-A.

Which vehicle fits my group and our bags?

The executive sedan fits up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, and the luxury SUV fits up to 5 passengers with 5 bags. Count the suitcases as carefully as the people, because the Arroyo run is 28.1 miles with no chance to swap vehicles. Mention oversized items at booking so dispatch sends the right car.

Do you run a Pasadena car service outside event days?

Yes, we run in and out of Pasadena every day of the year, for the stadium and for any other address in the city. Stadium tours, the flea market, a golf round at Brookside and an ordinary hotel transfer all book the same way. The fare follows your address and vehicle, and it is set when you book.

Booking

What should I look for in a car service for LAX?

The best car service for LAX passes four checks for your trip: it shows a CPUC license number, it tracks your flight, it fixes the price at booking, and it meets you at your terminal instead of the LAX-it lot. iRide360 lists TCP 43833-A, follows every arrival, gives 60 free minutes after landing and holds a 5.0★ Google rating.

Can I get a child seat for the ride to the Rose Bowl?

Yes. iRide360 fits booster, forward-facing and rear-facing child seats from $25 each. Tell us at booking which type you need, how many, and each child's age and weight. The seats are fitted before your chauffeur reaches you, whether we collect you at the LAX curb or in the Arroyo for the ride back.

Can I add a stop on the way to the stadium?

Yes. Add the stop at booking, or call dispatch before pickup. A hotel check-in on the way is the usual one. Your fare grows only by the miles and minutes the stop adds, and the same car and chauffeur stay with you to the last address, so the bags never leave the vehicle.

How far ahead should I book for a Rose Bowl event?

Book as soon as your flight time and your event time are both firm, and reserve the ride back at the same time. An early booking holds the sedan or SUV you want, plus any child seats. Dispatch takes short-notice bookings around the clock at (833) 743-3360, though an event day is the worst day to leave the ride late.

Can I change my booking after the event time moves?

Yes. Pickup time, address and vehicle can all be changed online or through dispatch at (833) 743-3360, and the price is recalculated for the new trip. Kickoff times at the stadium are sometimes confirmed late, so move your pickup as soon as you know. A flight delay needs no call; dispatch is already watching the flight.
