Terminal by terminal
Decide at booking where your chauffeur meets you. Curbside means your chauffeur pulls up at the lower-level Arrivals curb outside your terminal. With LAX meet and greet for cruise travelers, your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with your name on a sign. Landing at the Tom Bradley International Terminal? Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall once you clear customs, or at the lower-level curb. Your bags never go to the LAX-it rideshare lot, because iRide360, a prearranged, licensed carrier, collects you at your own terminal. Can't spot your chauffeur? Call dispatch at (833) 743-3360.
Terminals 1–8

Frequently asked questions
The questions travelers ask before booking a LAX to San Pedro Cruise Port transfer, grouped in the order they usually come up.
Prices
iRide360 prices its LAX to San Pedro Cruise Port car service from $153 for an executive sedan and $181 for a luxury SUV. Our own quote to the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal at 100 Swinford St was $152.71 by sedan and $180.27 by SUV. There is no surge pricing, tolls and taxes are built in, and the tip is your call.
The San Pedro cruise terminal to LAX car service costs about the same as the ride to the port: about $153 by executive sedan and $180 by luxury SUV. Our Sunday 9 AM quote from 100 Swinford St to LAX was $152.31 and $179.84. Tolls and taxes are part of that fare, and gratuity is extra only if you add it.
No, traffic does not change your iRide360 fare between LAX and the cruise terminal. The price is set when you book and stays the same if I-405 or I-110 slows down. It changes only if you change the trip, such as a new address or vehicle, an added stop, a child seat, or extra waiting time.
Getting there
You can get from LAX to the cruise terminal by pre-booked private car, by rideshare or taxi from the LAX-it lot, or by a shared shuttle. A LAX to San Pedro Cruise Port car service meets you at your own terminal and drives your party and luggage straight to the ship's terminal entrance. It is private transportation from LAX to San Pedro cruise port with no shared stops.
Yes, World Cruise Center is the name many travelers still search for, and it means the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal in San Pedro. The Port of Los Angeles uses that current name for the terminal at Berths 91–93, 100 Swinford St, San Pedro, CA 90731. A search for LAX to World Cruise Center leads to this address, so book your ride there.
Your cruise documents tell you whether your ship leaves from San Pedro or Long Beach, because Long Beach has its own cruise terminal, separate from the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal in San Pedro. This page covers the San Pedro terminal at 100 Swinford St. If your ship sails from Long Beach, use our Long Beach cruise terminal car service page instead, so your chauffeur heads to the right port.
Yes, iRide360 drives arriving passengers to the Port of Los Angeles whichever cruise line they sail with. Your chauffeur takes you to the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal at 100 Swinford St and drops you at the terminal entrance for your ship. Your cruise documents name your port, so check them before you book.
Timing
The drive from LAX to the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal typically took 30–45 minutes in our Google Maps checks on a Tuesday at 11 AM and 10 PM, a Saturday afternoon and a Sunday morning. On a Tuesday at 5 PM, it took 40 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes. The route is about 21–23 miles, usually by I-405 South and I-110 South.
For a 1:00 PM domestic flight on a Sunday, leave the cruise terminal around 10:15 AM. That covers the 24–35 minute drive we saw on a Sunday at 11 AM, 10 minutes of margin and two hours at LAX. Allow three hours at the airport for an international flight. These times cover the drive only, so also allow for getting off the ship.
At LAX
Your iRide360 chauffeur finds you at your own LAX terminal, so there is no trip to the LAX-it rideshare lot. Pick the lower-level Arrivals curb, or add meet-and-greet and look for your name on a sign inside. Arriving at the Tom Bradley International Terminal? Meet in the arrivals hall after customs, or at the lower-level curb. Lost each other? Phone dispatch at (833) 743-3360.
If your flight to LA is late, your iRide360 pickup simply moves with it, at no extra cost. We track the flight number you give at booking and shift the pickup to your real landing time. If you are rebooked onto a different flight, call dispatch at (833) 743-3360 with the new flight number so your chauffeur is there when you land.
Your chauffeur waits a full hour after your flight lands at LAX, free of charge. That is usually enough time for baggage claim, even with large cruise suitcases. Past that hour, waiting is billed at $1 per minute. Since we follow your flight, the free hour counts from when you really land, not from the scheduled time.
At the port
Yes, iRide360 picks you up at the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal, 100 Swinford St, after your cruise; book it for the time you expect to be off the ship with your bags. A pickup there includes 15 minutes of free wait, like any pickup away from the airport. Running behind? Call dispatch at (833) 743-3360. Your chauffeur then drives you to your airline's departures curb at LAX.
Alternatives
There is no fixed answer: an Uber from LAX to San Pedro cruise port costs whatever the Uber app shows at the time, since its prices move with demand. You also meet Uber drivers at the LAX-it lot rather than at your terminal. An iRide360 private car has a price fixed at booking, starting at $153, and your chauffeur meets you at your terminal.
Taxi fares between LAX and San Pedro are metered, so the total depends on the trip, in either direction. A taxi from LAX to San Pedro cruise port starts from the LAX-it lot. For the ride from San Pedro back to LAX, ask the taxi company about its rates. An iRide360 fare is set before you ride and starts at $153 by sedan.
iRide360 runs private cars, not a shared shuttle, between the San Pedro cruise terminal and LAX. Shared shuttle operators set their own prices, schedules and stops, and you may ride with other passengers. With iRide360, only your party rides, the fare is set at booking, and your chauffeur drives straight to your airline's departures curb.
We can't confirm which hotels run free shuttles from LAX to the cruise port, so ask your hotel directly; each hotel sets its own shuttle service. iRide360 is not a hotel or a LAX to San Pedro cruise port shuttle; we run private cars. We can drive you from LAX to a San Pedro hotel such as the Crowne Plaza Los Angeles Harbor Hotel, then on to the ship on sailing day.
Service
iRide360 is a black car service with executive sedans and full-size luxury SUVs, not stretch limousines. You get the private, chauffeured airport limousine experience: a professional chauffeur, your party only, and a fare set at booking. Our California CPUC charter-party license is TCP 43833-A.
For cruise luggage, choose the executive sedan for up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, or the luxury SUV for up to 5 passengers with 5 bags. Count suitcases as carefully as people when you choose. If your group has more bags than the sedan holds, pick the SUV, and mention oversized items when you book so dispatch sends the right vehicle.
Yes, iRide360 adds booster, forward-facing or rear-facing child seats to rides to and from the port, from $25 each. Select the seat type and how many at booking, along with each child's age and weight. The seats are fitted before pickup, whether we collect you at LAX or at the Los Angeles Cruise Terminal for the ride home.
Check four things, then read the Google reviews: a California CPUC license, flight tracking, a fare locked at booking, and pickup at your LAX terminal instead of LAX-it. iRide360 has CPUC license TCP 43833-A, follows each arriving flight, gives 60 free minutes after landing, starts at $153 with no surge, and holds a 5.0★ Google rating.
Booking
Yes, we drive from LAX to any San Pedro hotel, and fares to waterfront hotels run about $153–$156 by sedan and $181–$184 by SUV. Our quote to the DoubleTree by Hilton San Pedro, the farthest hotel we checked, was $155.54 and $183.43. On sailing day, book a second ride from the hotel to the cruise terminal.
Yes, you can add a stop between LAX and the cruise terminal when you book, or by calling dispatch before pickup. The added distance and time are priced into your fare. The same car and chauffeur stay with you until the last drop-off, so your luggage stays on board during the stop.
Book as soon as you know your flight and sailing date, and reserve the ride back from the port at the same time. Booking early holds your vehicle class and any child seats. Need a ride at short notice? Dispatch at (833) 743-3360 is open 24/7, but on a cruise day, booking ahead is the safer bet.
Yes, an iRide360 cruise transfer can be changed after booking: pickup time, address and vehicle, online or through dispatch at (833) 743-3360. A new address or vehicle is repriced for the new trip. Flight delays need no call from you, because we already follow your flight and move the pickup to match your landing.
Get your fixed price for the LAX to San Pedro Cruise Port car service online, and book the ride back to LAX after your cruise at the same time. Or call our dispatch team any time.
