Cancellation Policy
Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup and get a full refund. Inside 24 hours, rides are non-refundable.
24 hours or more before pickup
Free cancellation with a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Less than 24 hours before pickup
Cancellations are non-refundable and can't be done online. Call dispatch at (833) 743-3360.
Changing your ride
You can change the date, time, address or vehicle online up to 6 hours before pickup on the Manage my booking page. Within 6 hours, call dispatch.
Cancelled flights
If the airline cancels your flight and you tell dispatch before the scheduled pickup time, we can rebook your ride for your new arrival or cancel it without penalty.
No-shows
Your chauffeur waits 15 minutes at standard pickups and 60 minutes after landing at airport pickups. If you don't arrive or contact us in that time, the ride is a no-show and is not refunded.
