iRide360 Rate Policy

Additional ride charges

Additional time is measured in half-hour increments. Added stops, cancellation and no-show fees follow the applicable rate agreed for your reservation. No unconfigured fee is charged.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, then $1 per minute. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting; additional waiting is billed in 15-minute blocks at the applicable agreed rate.

Tolls and parking adjustments use the exact incurred amount. Gratuity is optional. Additional guest-requested gratuity is charged only when the guest requests or approves it; percentage gratuity applies to the ride fare only.

Card authorization

I authorize iRide360 to charge this card for additional time, added stops, wait time, tolls, parking, gratuity, and cancellation/no-show fees per the iRide360 rate policy.

Each additional charge has a recorded reason and separate payment history. A saved card alone does not establish authorization. Older reservations without recorded additional-charge authorization require a payment link.

Free cancellation is available at least 24 hours before pickup. Booking changes lock 6 hours before pickup. See the Terms & Conditions for the existing reservation rules.
