Cedars-Sinai Medical Center stands on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles, and the measured drive from Los Angeles International Airport runs north on Interstate 405. iRide360, a CPUC-licensed (TCP 43833-A) LAX airport car service based in El Segundo near the airport, runs a LAX to Cedars-Sinai car service to the campus and back. We are a chauffeured sedan and SUV company, not a medical transport service. You book, we quote, and the price holds.

Flat rates · No surge
You see the price before you book, and it is locked in from that moment. It is a flat-rate car service from LAX, so the number does not move if the 405 does. We quoted ten addresses across the campus. Sedans came back between $127.64 and $129.32, and SUVs between $152.10 and $153.96, so every building on the campus prices within about $2 of the other. A Tuesday 11 AM pickup and a Friday 5 PM pickup returned the same fare for the same address.

Five steps, and the price appears in the first one.
At iride360.com/book, enter LAX and your Cedars-Sinai building — the South Tower at 8700 Gracie Allen Drive, or another campus address — then pick the executive sedan or the luxury SUV.
Add your airline and flight number so we can follow the flight, then choose curbside or meet-and-greet.
Add a child seat or an extra stop if you need one, and book the ride back to LAX at the same time if you already know the day.
At checkout, set the gratuity: 15%, 18%, 20%, 25% or your own amount, $0 included.
Land, collect your bags, and your chauffeur drives you to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center entrance you named.
Terminal by terminal
Choose at booking how you want to be met. Curbside means your chauffeur pulls up at the lower-level Arrivals curb outside your terminal. Choose the meet-and-greet LAX car service option instead and your chauffeur waits inside, holding a sign with your name. Landing at Tom Bradley International? Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall after customs, or at the lower-level curb. You never walk to the LAX-it rideshare lot, because iRide360 is a prearranged licensed carrier. Your chauffeur loads the bags, and dispatch is on (833) 743-3360.
Terminals 1–8
Lower-level Arrivals curb outside your terminal, or inside the terminal with a name sign if you choose meet-and-greet.

Typical, per Google Maps
Every reading we took used Interstate 405 in both directions, so the hour of the day decides the drive, not the route. The times below are typical, per Google traffic estimates (Routes API), measured to 8700 Beverly Blvd.
The slowest run into the campus left LAX at 8 AM on a Tuesday; every other hour we checked topped out at 1 hour 10 minutes or less.
| When you leave LAX (day checked) | Typical drive time |
|---|---|
| Tuesday 8:00 AM | 45 min–1 hr 35 min |
| Tuesday 11:00 AM | 35 min–1 hr 5 min |
| Tuesday 5:00 PM | 40 min–1 hr 10 min |
| Tuesday 10:00 PM | 25–40 min |
| Friday 5:00 PM | 35 min–1 hr 5 min |
| Saturday 2:00 PM | 30 min–1 hr |
We measured the Cedars-Sinai to LAX direction separately, on a Tuesday across the day plus one Friday afternoon.
Leaving the campus was quickest at 3:30 AM, at 20–25 minutes, and slowest at 4:30 PM, at 45 minutes to 1 hour 25 minutes.
| Pickup time | Typical drive time |
|---|---|
| Tuesday 3:30 AM | 20–25 min |
| Tuesday 6:00 AM | 20–35 min |
| Tuesday 7:00 AM | 30–55 min |
| Tuesday 10:00 AM | 30–50 min |
| Tuesday 3:00 PM | 35 min–1 hr 15 min |
| Tuesday 4:30 PM | 45 min–1 hr 25 min |
| Tuesday 6:30 PM | 35 min–1 hr 5 min |
| Friday 2:30 PM | 35 min–1 hr 15 min |
The two directions peak at different hours. Into the campus, the worst reading was a Tuesday at 8 AM, at 45 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes. Back to LAX, the worst was a Tuesday at 4:30 PM, at 45 minutes to 1 hour 25 minutes. The 17.9-mile run to the Steven Spielberg Building at 8723 W Alden Drive, the farthest campus point we measured, added about 10 minutes at the slow end of the Tuesday 5 PM reading.
Drive times are typical, per Google traffic estimates from the Google Routes API, measured in October 2026. Prices come from iRide360's own booking engine and are fixed at booking. Campus addresses, entrances and drop-off points come from Cedars-Sinai's own website.

Departures
Appointment times are the thing most people plan around, so start there. Each pickup time below takes the slow end of the measured drive for that hour and adds a 20-minute safety buffer. The times cover the drive only, so allow your own time on top for anything you need to do once you are there. For a 1:00 PM appointment on a weekday, the car should pull away from LAX around 11:35 AM. Going the other way, allow two hours at LAX for a domestic departure and three for an international one. Our Cedars-Sinai to LAX car service pickups in the table already include the 20-minute safety buffer and 10 minutes of margin, and for a 1:00 PM domestic flight you would book the pickup at Cedars-Sinai for about 9:40 AM.
| Flight departs | Flight type | Suggested pickup in Cedars-Sinai |
|---|---|---|
| 6:00 AM | Domestic | About 3:05 AM |
| 9:00 AM | Domestic | About 5:35 AM |
| 1:00 PM | Domestic | About 9:40 AM |
| 6:00 PM | Domestic | About 2:05 PM |
| 11:00 AM | International | About 6:35 AM |
| 10:30 PM | International | About 5:35 PM |
Cedars-Sinai coverage
A car service to Cedars-Sinai can stop at almost any building on the campus, and almost every building has its own street address. The address of Cedars-Sinai hospital for mail is not the street cars use, so name your building when you book and your chauffeur goes straight there. Cedars-Sinai valet parking is listed curbside at the South Tower and in the North Tower Parking lot.
South Tower — the drop-off point
8700 Gracie Allen Drive, between Sherbourne Drive and George Burns Road. Cedars-Sinai names this as the drop-off for the medical center and as the patient and guest entrance. It is where we stop unless you tell us otherwise.
Cedars-Sinai North Tower
8701 Gracie Allen Drive, between San Vicente Boulevard and George Burns Road. Its parking lot is entered from George Burns Road.
EMERGENCY entrance
Cedars-Sinai lists its EMERGENCY drop-off separately, off the Gracie Allen Drive entrance at 8701 Gracie Allen Drive. We mention it only so you know it is a different entrance from the South Tower one.
Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion
127 S San Vicente Blvd. Cedars-Sinai lists the valet drop-off on Street Level and the pickup on Level B1, so tell us which one you want.
Cedars-Sinai Saperstein
Plaza Level access only. For this building Cedars-Sinai says patients and visitors must check in at the South Tower Street Lobby Admissions desk at 8700 Gracie Allen Drive first, so that is where we stop.
Taper Building
8705 Gracie Allen Drive, on the same street as the South and North Towers.
Steven Spielberg Building
8723 W Alden Drive. At 17.9 miles it was the farthest campus point we measured from LAX.
Medical Offices East and West
8631 and 8635 W 3rd St. Both sit on West 3rd Street rather than on Gracie Allen Drive.
Beverly Building
8720 Beverly Blvd, on the same boulevard as the medical center's mailing address.
Nearby addresses
Every campus address above is in ZIP code 90048, and we drive to any home or hotel nearby on the same flat-rate basis.
Compare your options
A private car service from LAX to Cedars-Sinai is one of four ways people make this trip. They differ most in where your ride finds you at LAX and how the price is worked out.
Is it cheaper to get a taxi or Uber from LAX? Neither has a fixed price to compare against, because taxi fares are metered and rideshare prices move with demand, while an iRide360 fare is set when you book, from $129 by executive sedan. The table below describes how each option works; we do not publish other companies' prices.
| Feature | iRide360 private car | Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) | Taxi | Shared shuttle |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pickup at LAX | Your terminal: Arrivals curb, or inside with a name sign | LAX-it rideshare lot | LAX-it lot | Set by the shuttle operator |
| Price model | Flat rate set at booking; no surge | Moves with demand; shown in the app | Metered | Set by the operator |
| If your flight is late | Flight tracked; 60 minutes after landing included | You order a car after you land | You queue after you land | Set by the operator |
| Help with bags | Chauffeur loads and unloads | Up to the driver | Up to the driver | Up to the operator |
| Who rides with you | Your party only | Depends on the ride type | Your party only | Other passengers, shared stops |
| Naming a building | You name the campus building at booking | Entered in the app | Told to the driver | Set by the operator |

Frequently asked questions
The questions travelers ask before booking a LAX to Cedars-Sinai transfer, grouped in the order they usually come up.
Prices
An iRide360 LAX to Cedars-Sinai car service costs from $129 for an executive sedan and from $154 for a luxury SUV. Our own quote to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at 8700 Beverly Blvd was $128.79 and $153.37. Tolls and taxes are inside the fare, there is no surge pricing, and the gratuity is yours to choose at checkout.
A Cedars-Sinai to LAX car service is priced the same way as the ride in: a flat rate set when you book, from $129 by executive sedan and $154 by luxury SUV. The fare is fixed before the trip starts, so an hour stuck on the 405 does not change it. A pickup at the campus includes 15 minutes of complimentary wait.
No. Your iRide360 fare is set when you book and does not move with traffic, demand or the hour of the day. It changes only if you change the trip — a different building or vehicle, an added stop, a child seat, a pet, or waiting past the complimentary allowance. Everything else, including tolls and taxes, is already in the number you saw.
Barely. We quoted ten Cedars-Sinai addresses and the sedans came back between $127.64 and $129.32, with SUVs between $152.10 and $153.96. That is a spread of under $2 across the whole campus. Naming the building still matters, though, because it decides which street your chauffeur drives to.
No, the gratuity is separate and entirely your choice. At checkout you can pick 15%, 18%, 20% (which is pre-selected), 25%, or type any custom amount including $0. Whatever you choose goes to your chauffeur. The fare itself already covers tolls and taxes, so nothing else is added later.
Getting there
You can book a private car, take a rideshare or taxi from the LAX-it lot, or use public transit. A LAX to Cedars-Sinai car service meets you at your own terminal and drives straight to the campus building you named. The LAX airport to Cedars-Sinai drive is about 17 miles on Interstate 405.
The South Tower at 8700 Gracie Allen Drive, between Sherbourne Drive and George Burns Road. Cedars-Sinai publishes that as the drop-off point and as the patient and guest entrance to the hospital. If you need a different building, say so at booking and your chauffeur goes there instead.
Timing
About 35 minutes to 1 hour 5 minutes at weekday midday. Late on a Tuesday evening it dropped to 25–40 minutes, and at 8 AM on a Tuesday it ran 45 minutes to 1 hour 35 minutes. All readings are typical, per Google traffic estimates (Routes API), and all used Interstate 405.
About 17 miles by road. The measured drive from Los Angeles International Airport to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at 8700 Beverly Blvd was 17.4 miles, and 17.0 miles coming back. The farthest campus building we measured, the Spielberg Building on Alden Drive, was 17.9 miles. Every reading used Interstate 405.
For an 8:00 AM slot on a weekday, the car should leave LAX around 6:05 AM. That uses the slow end of the Tuesday 8 AM drive, 1 hour 35 minutes, plus a 20-minute safety buffer. The time covers the drive only. Allow your own time on top for whatever you need to do when you arrive.
The campus
The Cedars-Sinai address for mail is 8700 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048. The Cedars-Sinai hospital address that cars use is different: 8700 Gracie Allen Drive, which the hospital publishes as the patient and guest entrance. Give us the building name as well, because almost every building on the campus has its own street address.
The Cedars-Sinai North Tower is at 8701 Gracie Allen Drive, between San Vicente Boulevard and George Burns Road. Its parking lot is entered from George Burns Road. The South Tower, at 8700 Gracie Allen Drive, is across the street and is the published drop-off point for the medical center.
Alternatives
We cannot tell you: an Uber from LAX to Cedars-Sinai is priced by the app at the moment you order, and that price moves with demand. Rideshare pickups also start at the LAX-it lot rather than at your terminal. An iRide360 fare is fixed when you book, from $129, and your chauffeur meets you at your own terminal.
Taxi fares are metered, so a taxi from LAX to Cedars-Sinai costs whatever the meter reads when you arrive. Taxis also pick up from the LAX-it lot. With iRide360 the price is agreed before the trip, starting at $129 by executive sedan, and it does not change if the drive takes longer than expected.
iRide360 does not run one. We drive private cars, not a LAX to Cedars-Sinai shuttle, so there is no timetable to catch and no other passengers on board. You pick the time, the vehicle and the campus building, and the car is yours alone for the whole trip.
The service
No. iRide360 is an executive sedan and luxury SUV car service with professional chauffeurs. We are not a medical transport company, an ambulance service or a wheelchair-accessible van service, and we provide no medical or clinical assistance of any kind. What a chauffeur does is drive, handle your luggage and wait.
iRide360 is a black car service running executive sedans and full-size luxury SUVs, not stretch limousines. If you searched for a town car service from LAX, this is it: a professional chauffeur, your party alone in the car, and a fare agreed before you ride. Our California CPUC charter-party license number is TCP 43833-A.
Choose the executive sedan for up to 3 passengers and 3 bags, or the luxury SUV for up to 5 passengers and 5 bags. Count the suitcases as carefully as the people. If your group is near either limit, take the SUV, and mention anything oversized at booking so dispatch sends the right vehicle.
Check four things before you book any LAX airport car service: a California CPUC license number, flight tracking, a fare fixed at booking, and pickup at your own terminal rather than the LAX-it lot. iRide360 holds CPUC license TCP 43833-A, tracks every arriving flight, includes 60 minutes of wait after landing, and is rated 5.0★ on Google.
At LAX
At your own terminal. Pick the lower-level Arrivals curb, or add meet-and-greet and your chauffeur waits inside with a sign showing your name. Coming through Tom Bradley International? Meet in the arrivals hall after customs, or at the lower-level curb. You never go to the LAX-it rideshare lot. Dispatch is on (833) 743-3360.
Nothing you need to do. We track the flight number you give at booking and move the pickup to your real landing time, at no extra cost. The 60 complimentary minutes start when you actually land, not when you were scheduled to. If you are rebooked onto another flight, call dispatch on (833) 743-3360 with the new number.
A full hour after your flight lands, included in the fare. That usually covers immigration, baggage claim and the walk out. Past that hour, waiting is billed at $1 per minute. Away from the airport, such as a pickup at a Cedars-Sinai building, the complimentary wait is 15 minutes.
Booking
Yes to both. Booster, forward-facing and rear-facing child seats start at $25 each and are fitted before pickup; add the seat type, the child's age and weight at booking. Extra stops between LAX and the campus are priced for the added distance and time, and the same car and chauffeur stay with you throughout.
Yes. The pickup time, the address and the vehicle can all be changed online or through dispatch on (833) 743-3360, and the price is recalculated for the new trip. Flight delays need no call from you, because we already follow the flight. If the hospital changes your timing, move the pickup the same way.
Book as soon as you know the flight and the date, and reserve the ride back at the same time if you can. Booking early holds your vehicle class and any child seats. Dispatch takes short-notice rides 24/7 on (833) 743-3360, but a booked car is the safer plan for an early departure.
Get your fixed price for the LAX to Cedars-Sinai car service online in under a minute, and add the ride back to the airport while you are there. Or call our dispatch team and book this LAX car service by phone on (833) 743-3360.
